By booking a coaching session, purchasing a coaching experience, or interacting with A Life in Bloom services,
you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Coaching Services
A Life in Bloom provides life coaching services focused on personal growth, mindset awareness, intentional living,
encouragement, and reflective support.
Coaching is designed to help clients recognize patterns, shift perspectives, and take aligned action in their lives.
Not Therapy or Medical Care
Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis support.
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed mental health or medical care when needed.
Client Responsibility
Clients understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that results depend on personal commitment, honesty, participation, and follow-through.
A Life in Bloom does not guarantee specific personal, emotional, relational, or financial outcomes.
Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required prior to the start of coaching services unless otherwise agreed upon.
Due to the time, preparation, and limited availability involved in coaching, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
Session Scheduling & Expiration
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions within the timeframe associated with their selected coaching package or experience.
Each coaching experience includes a specific completion window, and all sessions must be used within that timeframe unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For the Bloom Unfiltered founding session series:
• All six core coaching sessions must be completed by July 31, 2026
• The included follow-up session must be used by September 30, 2026
Unused sessions expire after the designated timeframe and are non-refundable.
Communication & Support
Clients may receive support between sessions through approved communication methods such as Marco Polo, email, or messaging platforms.
Response times are typically within 12–24 business hours Monday–Friday.
Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice if rescheduling is needed.
Missed sessions without notice may be considered forfeited at the discretion of A Life in Bloom.
Intellectual Property
Any materials, worksheets, guides, prompts, or resources provided through A Life in Bloom are intended for personal client use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Changes to Services or Terms
A Life in Bloom reserves the right to update services, pricing, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
